Frequently Asked Questions

  • The course and group coaching are designed for couples but work powerfully for individuals doing the work solo. Many of our clients are one partner who is doing the work on their own — and seeing results, because when you change your steps in the dance, the dance must change.

  • Start anyway. You don’t need your partner’s participation to begin transforming the dynamic. The work starts with you. And when you show up differently, your partner will feel the shift — even if they never watch a single lesson.

  • We respect therapy — it can be incredibly helpful. But therapy often works at the level of processing what happened. Our methodology works at the level of identifying and reprogramming the subconscious beliefs and cultural narratives that shape how you interpret what happens. That distinction is everything. We also address areas that most therapists won’t touch — specifically sex, desire, polarity, and the conscious design of your sexual agreements.

  • Plan for about 2-3 hours per week — roughly 60-90 minutes of video lessons plus time for the exercises and reflections. The exercises are where the transformation happens, so don’t skip them.

  • Yes. If you enroll and feel within the first 14 days that this isn’t right for you, contact us for a full refund. We’re confident in this work. But we also want you to feel safe investing in it.

  • Yes. You keep access to all video lessons, exercises, and materials for life. Many couples revisit specific modules months or even years later as new challenges arise.

  • If your relationship is in acute crisis — you’ve just discovered an affair, you’re on the verge of separation, or there’s a situation requiring immediate support — private coaching may be a better starting point than the course. Apply for 1:1 coaching and we’ll have a brief call to assess what’s right for you. If your relationship involves active abuse, we recommend seeking support from a trained therapist or domestic violence resource first.
